How to Reheat Frozen Challah so it Tastes Freshly Baked...
It's best to defrost Challah
as slowly as possible.
- Remove Challah from freezer
and leave at room temperature for up to six hours.
- Alternately, place Challah in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours.
** Always leave Challah wrapped
as it thaws.
Challah can be kept frozen
for up to four months.
To Reheat Your Thawed Challah:
- Remove plastic wrap.
- Heat thawed Challah in a preheated 300 degree Fahrenheit oven after wrapping it entirely in foil (to maintain the moisture content).
- The Challah should be fully heated and ready to serve in about 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the size and type.
